Why has there not been an update in over a month (09/15/2003)?

I have recently been in the process of purchasing a new house, my first, and have been busy making sure everything was in order.  I did not want to place on the front page of RobotechResearch.com Dave Deitrich's infamous "Recent Additions:  None, sorry.  I'm buying my first house and haven't had time to work on any web files recently."  I felt that this would drive some people into convulsions.  Although we have technically been in the new location for two weeks, it has taken some time to get the internet back up and set up the computer.  Rest assured that the work on Robotech Research will continue.
